Fruited Bulgur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur
    1 c. water
    1 c. apricot nectar
    1/3 c. mixed dried fruit bits
    1 Tbsp. oat bran
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Place bulgur in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain and place in a container with a tight fitting cover.
    Add water, apricot nectar, fruit bits, oat bran and honey.
    Add onion powder.
    Stir well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
