Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 c. cooked rice (regular or instant)
    4 pork chops, chopped into bite size pieces
    4 to 6 green onions, chopped
    1 to 2 shredded carrots
    8 oz. frozen green beans
    4 to 6 Tbsp. bacon grease
    6 to 10 eggs
Preparation
    Cook pork bits in 2 tablespoons bacon grease until well done. Add to cooked rice.
    While pork is cooking, saute green onions, green beans and carrots in 2 to 3 tablespoons of bacon grease for 8 to 12 minutes.
    When
    done,
    add to rice and stir well.
    Beat eggs and cook
    in 1 to 2 tablespoons bacon grease, then add to rice mixture
    and
    stir
    well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with soy sauce as a condiment.
