Diet Egg Custard(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten slightly with fork or wire whisk
    3 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. sherry flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together.
    Pour mixture in individual custard cups and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Put hot water in flat baking dish; set cups in the water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Delicious.
    Use for lunch only, one cup daily.
    Don't ever indulge.
    Makes 6 custard cups.
