Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 to 4)
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
In separate bowl, thoroughly beat together egg, sugar, butter and mashed bananas.
Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
