Confetti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. coarsely grated carrot
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded process American cheese
1 tsp. salad seasoning (I use Sauer's Salad Delight)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Cook peas according to package directions or until just tender.
Remove from heat; drain and cool.
In large bowl, gently toss together peas, eggs, celery, carrot, pickle relish and onion. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, salad seasoning and mustard; toss with vegetable mixture.
Cover and chill.
Makes 4 servings.
