Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) bags frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. cream chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes, mixed with 1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Defrost potatoes and combine with melted margarine.
Add remaining ingredients, except the cornflakes.
Blend thoroughly; pour into greased 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Cover with buttered cornflakes mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
You can make ahead of time, but add topping when ready to bake.
