Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
    1 c. diced cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. minced pimento
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all of this in greased casserole dish after you mix it well.
    Put dish in pan of hot water; bake until firm at 350\u00b0, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    This can be frozen and baked later. Add extra cooking time if frozen.
