Chinese Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 pkg. pitted dates, cut in quarters
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten eggs and mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
    Add dates, walnuts and vanilla.
    Mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until brown. Cool and cut in squares.
