Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sharp cheese
2/3 stack Ritz crackers
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Place pineapple in bottom of large dish. Mix sugar, flour and cheese. Sprinkle over pineapple. Mix crumbled crackers with margarine. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
