Oven Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. hot chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. tiny green peas, thawed
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 375\u00b0.
    In ovenproof skillet over moderate heat, saute onion in oil until golden brown.
    Add celery, salt and pepper.
    Cook

    more minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add rice and stir until coated with oil.
    Stir in stock and bring to boil. Cover and place in oven; bake 17 minutes.
