Bob'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Blend
    together
    dry
    ingredients.
    Cut
    in
    shortening until mix
    resembles a fine meal.
    Make a well in center, pour in buttermilk\tand stir until well blended.
    Knead lightly on floured board
    until
    light and tender, about 1 minute.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick;
    cut into biscuits.\tBake in hot oven, 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0, for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
