Hardee'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten well
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients and mix in Crisco.
Add butter, milk and egg together.
Add to flour mixture.
Work fast and knead lightly.
Roll out and cut into biscuits.
(I like to drop mine in melted butter and place in pan.) Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
