Crunchy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken or turkey
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. shredded wheat crackers
Preparation
    Lightly mix together chicken, celery, chestnuts, cheese and salt.
    Blend mayonnaise and sour cream and toss with chicken mixture.
    Turn 1/2 mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Top with 1/3 cup crushed crackers.
    Top with remaining chicken and crackers.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 6 servings.
