Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
pinch of salt
1 c. water
marshmallows for topping (if desired)
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes in skins; peel and mash.
Stir in both quantities of sugar, salt and water.
Add peanut butter, mixing thoroughly.
Place half of this mixture in baking dish and cover with crushed pineapple.
Add remaining potato mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with marshmallows for last 5 minutes of baking, if desired.
