Granola Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole flour
    1/2 c. granola cereal
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    6 c. sliced apples, peaches, bananas or plums
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cut in oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
    Arrange fruit in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish.
    Combine orange and lemon juice; pour over fruit.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Top with granola mixture.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 8.
