Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    5 c. sliced, cooked potato
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mince bacon and fry until crisp.
    Remove.
    Cook onion in bacon fat until lightly browned.
    Blend in flour.
    Add bacon, vinegar, 1/2 cup water and seasonings; bring to boil.
    Add potato, mixing lightly; heat.
    Sprinkle with parsley; serve.
    Or, cool, refrigerate and reheat before serving.
    Serves 4.
