Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    2 to 3 medium onions
    2 to 3 potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown chops in small amount of oil.
    Slice onions and potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Layer chops, onions and potatoes in pan or covered casserole dish.
    Salt and pepper.
    Top with can of soup and 1 can water.
    Cover pan with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
