Lemony Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 medium potatoes, unpeeled
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. salt
    parsley
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and slice into wedges.
    Arrange in buttered pie pan.
    Combine butter, lemon juice and salt.
    Heat in saucepan. Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
