Arroz Con Pollo(Spanish Rice And Chicken) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Spanish style Rice-A-Roni
1 can whole tomatoes
2 lb. chicken (parts or whole)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad olives
Preparation

Wash chicken and place in a large pot.
Fill halfway with water.
Add salt, pepper and vinegar.
Boil chicken until it is tender (when it can be easily removed from the bone).
Take the pan off the heat.
Remove the chicken from the pot.
(Save the cooked chicken broth.)
Remove all bones and put the chicken aside.
