Cornish Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes
    2 c. onions
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped parsnip (optional)
    green pepper (optional)
    1 1/2 lb. meat
    pie crust
Preparation
    Coarsely chop potatoes and onions.
    Add shredded carrot for color.
    Add parsnip (if you like them).
    Meat may be anything: hamburger, sirloin tips or stew meat, coarsely chopped.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Wrap 1 to 1 1/2 cups of mixture in a piece of pie crust.
    Bake pastries at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is golden.
    Good hot or cold.
