Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
salt and pepper
2 small onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet over low heat using no additional fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and simmer over low heat until meat is tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(Vinegar and water mixture will thicken a little.)
