Hearty Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 clove minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. diced potato
    1 c. diced carrot
    2 c. canned chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
    1 c. zucchini
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
    chopped parsley
    1/4 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving liquid for later use and flake salmon. Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in butter.
    Add potatoes, carrots, chicken broth and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add zucchini and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in flaked salmon, reserved salmon liquid, milk and corn.
    Heat thoroughly. Garnish.
