Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    garlic to taste
    1 large carrot, chopped
    1 c. green peas
    1 c. corn
    1 can vegetable soup
Preparation
    Peel, dice and boil potatoes, then mash.
    Brown meat (you can use beef, turkey or combination) with onion and garlic.
    Cook carrot in microwave.
    Add all veggies to meat; stir in soup.
    Pour into casserole dish; top with mashed potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden.
