Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Post Toasties, crushed, or Pepperidge Farm croutons
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Lay hash browns in flat casserole.
    Mix onions, sour cream, chicken soup and cheese.
    Pour this mixture on top of the potatoes.
    Melt butter and Post Toasties or croutons; sprinkle on top of the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake, covered, for 25 minutes, then uncover for the least 10 to 15 minutes.
