Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 small can Carnation milk
1 small can water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 level Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1/2 stick butter
1/2 can coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Add egg yolks and a little milk.
Add the rest of the milk, water and vanilla.
Cook in a double boiler until thick.
Add butter and coconut.
Beat well. Use the rest of the coconut on the icing.
