Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    12 soft corn tortillas
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can green chillies
Preparation
    Cook until thick the butter, flour and chicken broth.
    Add sour cream; do not boil.
    Roll the cheese and onion in softened tortillas.
    Place in greased pan.
    Top with sour cream and 1 can chopped green chillies.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
