Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can pie filling containing cornstarch (cherry, apricot or blueberry have worked best for me)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix crumbs and margarine.
    Put in cupcake papers and press down with bottom of a glass.
    Beat cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Pour over crumbs in cupcake pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Garnish with pie filling.
