Texas Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch spring onions with tops, cut in 1/2-inch lengths
1/4 stick butter or oleo
1/4 stick butter or oleo
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans
Preparation

Saute onions lightly in butter.
In another skillet, brown 1/3 cup almonds in butter.
Remove onions and put 1/4 stick butter and beans.
Lightly brown.
Add onions, almonds and salt and pepper to taste.
Add dash of nutmeg.
