Sausage And Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (Owens or whatever)
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Let cheese and sausage get to room temperature. Mix well.
    At first it will seem too dry.
    Keep working it; the fat will begin to soften the dough.
    Roll dough into 1 inch or so and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
