Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can Comstock pie apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Add eggs and stir well. Add sugar, oil and vanilla and mix.
Fold in apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve alone or with whipped cream or ice cream.
