Old-Fashioned Lemonade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lemons
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 qt. (4 c.) cold water
ice cubes
Preparation

Cut lemons into very thin slices; remove seeds.
Place in large non-metal bowl; sprinkle with sugar.
Let stand about 10 minutes.
Press fruit with back of spoon to extract juice.
Add cold water stirring and pressing fruit until well flavored. Remove fruit slices.
Serve over ice.
Garnish with lemon slices. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
