Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. ground garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    1 pkg. Colby cheese
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with spices.
    Drain off grease, leaving small amount of grease, about a tablespoon.
    Add 4 ounces tomato sauce, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add meat to bowl of salad.
    Garnish with cheese and crumbled tortilla chips.
