Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, parboiled, then sliced
1 stick oleo
Velveeta cheese (enough for 2 layers), sliced thin
2 cans green beans, drained (not French-cut)
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Lay potatoes in 13 x 9-inch utility dish.
Saute onion in oleo and pour over potatoes.
Cover with thin sliced cheese.
Spread green beans over cheese, then mushrooms.
Add another thin layer of cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes.
