Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. green pepper, diced
    3/4 c mushrooms, diced
    3/4 c. zucchini, diced
    3/4 onion, diced
    1/2 c. pimento, diced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and oil in medium bowl.
    Microwave on High until vegetables are tender. Beat eggs with cream cheese and milk until smooth.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake 30 minutes on Low until set in center. Cool 10 to 20 minutes.
