Lo-Cal Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 c. celery, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
garlic, basil, oregano to taste
1 packet Equal (optional)
1 can mushrooms
8 oz. noodles (wide)
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. water
Preparation

Cook turkey, peppers, celery and mushrooms.
Add tomatoes, sauce, water and seasonings and simmer for 15 minutes.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Spoon small amount on bottom.
Cover with uncooked noodles; pour remaining over top.
Cover with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
