Macaroni And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, brown ground beef until it loses its redness.
    Remove ground beef from skillet.
    You need 3 tablespoons of drippings.
    (Add oil or shortening if needed.)
    Add to it the bell pepper, onion and elbow macaroni.
    Cook until macaroni turns yellow.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
