Bacon Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3/4 c. sliced black olives
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes until tender but firm.
    Drain and cube. In a bowl, mix potatoes with onion, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Put into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with bacon and olives.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
