Lemon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 pork chops, seasoned to taste
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Sear pork chops on both sides until browned in skillet with no grease.
    When chops are browned on one side, turn.
    Add sliced ingredients.
    Add tomato juice, a little more salt and pepper may be needed.
    Lower heat to simmer and cook, covered, for 1 hour. Delightful served over rice.
