Easy Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Combine with remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
    Use as needed.
    Will remain fresh up to 7 days.
    Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown. Yield: 24 rolls.
