Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 onion
2 carrots
2 eggs
1 1/2 qt. milk
3 Tbsp. Old Bay
1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. crab meat
salt
pepper
parsley
Preparation
-
Boil vegetables and drain when soft.
Mash with potato masher. Beat eggs with milk.
Add to vegetables.
Add crab meat, Old Bay, seasonings and butter.
Simmer on low heat.
Do not boil.
