Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans shrimp, cleaned
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. diced dill pickles
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    salt to taste
    dash of lemon juice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. mayo
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix everything together with a mixture of the mayo and sour cream. Crab meat can be substituted.
