Orange Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. milk, heated to boiling
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. (1 lb.) creamed cottage cheese
6 Tbsp. undiluted orange juice concentrate
1 (9-inch) crumb crust
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over cold milk in blender; let stand a while. Add boiling milk; cover and process at low speed.
Stop blender; add sugar, salt, cottage cheese and undiluted concentrate.
Cover and process at high speed.
Chill until mixture is thick and mounds slightly.
Turn into crumb crust.
Chill 4 hours.
Serve with sliced strawberries.
Makes 8 servings.
