Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boiled chicken breasts
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 regular size can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2/3 large pkg. Velveeta cheese
    2/3 carton sour cream
    12 soft flour tortillas
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add chicken, Ro-Tel and Velveeta.
    Dip tortillas in pan of melted butter and spoon on mixture.
    Roll tortilla.
    Place tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    If any mixture is left, pour on top of tortillas.
    Add sour cream on top; bake for about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
