Spicy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. sesame seed oil
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers and cut lengthwise in two.
    With small spoon, scrape out seeds leaving hollow like shell boats.
    Cut cucumbers crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
    In small glass bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame seed oil, Tabasco and salt and mix well. Add cucumbers.
    With large spoon, toss to coat each slice. Chill before serving.
    Serves 4.
