Crab Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 stalks celery, cut off tops
    1/4 lb. crabmeat, flaked (can use canned or imitation crab also)
    1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomato
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. Catalina dressing
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine together tossing lightly.
    Spoon into celery ribs. Cut diagonally into serving pieces.
    Makes 28 servings.
