Baked Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. apples
    1 c. cider vinegar
    5 lb. sugar
    1 large Tbsp. cinnamon or to taste
Preparation
    Cut apples into quarters (no need to peel or core).
    Cook apple quarters until done.
    Put through a colander or mill to remove seeds.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Stir every now and then.
    Put in jars and seal.
