Asparagus Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sesame or corn oil
    1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 medium zucchini, cut in strips
    4 green onions, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. pimiento strips
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In wok or skillet, heat oil. Add asparagus, zucchini, onions and celery. Cook, stirring frequently, 4 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Add water chestnuts, pimiento, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Stir until heated through.
