Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 egg
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 c. or 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt and oregano. In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1 cup sauce, 3 noodles and 1/2 cup cheese mix.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with remaining noodles and sauce.
    Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour water around edges of pan.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 15 minutes before serving.
