Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. each: fresh scallops, clams, oysters, shrimp, crabmeat, haddock and lobster and butter
Lawry's seasoned salt
2 qt. whole milk
1 pt. half and half cream
1 bottle clam juice
Preparation

Saute each kind of seafood in a small amount of butter and seasoned salt until cooked and put into large double boiler.
Add milk, cream, clam juice, pepper and more seasoned salt to taste. Heat to simmering.
Best if cooled and reheated a couple of times.
