Macaroni With Ricotta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    salt to taste
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender; drain and return to pot.
    Mix Ricotta and parsley until smooth.
    Add to macaroni with butter.
    Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    Serve hot and sprinkle with cheese.
